If you have forgotten your password, and changed your email address such that you no longer have access to the email account you registered with, then it will not be possible to change password; you will have to register a new account on the Digital Archives. Your old account will remain registered, but neither yourself, nor others will have access to it. In the interests of security, we do not break into users registered accounts.

In such situations, where you are required to create a new account, you must also choose a different username than your previous one. Furthermore, as we require you to use your real name, this may require some creativity to avoid a name conflict with your old account. You could, for example, add a location to your name such as Anne Olsen, California or add an underscore (Anne_Olsen).
